Each of our condominiums is individually owned and therefore each boasts its own unique charm and personality. The condominiums are situated in clusters of one- and two-story adobe-style buildings on 7.5 view-filled acres at the base of the Sangre de Cristo mountains. Many of our rooms feature fireplaces, private patios and balconies.

Deposit

A deposit of 50% of total lodging is due at time of booking to reserve the accommodations of your choice. Balances are due two weeks prior to arrival. The balance will automatically be run on your credit card two weeks before arrival. We accept Visa and Mastercard.

Pets

Some condo owners accept well behaved pets, others will not, so please tell us if you will be bringing your pets. An additional cleaning fee and security deposit will be required for each pet.

Cancellations

Deposit refunds will be made only if the reservation is canceled at least 30 days prior to arrival. The guest is responsible for full payment for all nights reserved regardless of actual arrival or departure dates. Any nights dropped after booking are charged in full.
